password to open outlook 2007

does anyone know of a way to set a password on outlook 2007 so the program cannot be opened without the correct password?

I don't know how to actually prevent the app from being opened but I think you can password protect the actual folders inside Outlook to keep people from seeing the contents of your 'sent', 'inbox', and any other folders you've created.
