Password Synchronization between windows and mac....? Does it exist?

I use roboform on windows and my wife recently switched to a mac.

I would like to be able to sync our passwords using a program like goodsync that syncs roboform passwords.

Is there anything out there that can run as smoothly as roboform and sync passwords between mac/windows?
