Password Protection in Windows 9.x

We suspect that someone (possibly a night cleaner) is using a computer (Running Win 95) on our network after hours and doing who knows what. I'm looking for a way to lock down that computer with a login/password similar to the way Win2K/XP Pro is setup. It is an older computer and doesn't have enough power to upgrade to Win2K/XP. Any suggestions?

decommission it or remove physical access, set a CMOS password if possible, there are some applications that are going to lock it down somewhat but if you know your way around none of them are very secure and most of them that I've seen are a PITA to deal with.

unfortunately it's in an open office and we can't really block physical access to it, and we really don't want to disconnect it everynight and lock it up. Won't setting up a CMOS password just prevent users from getting into the BIOS...? I was just wondering if there are any 3rd party utils. that may enable login/password protection for 9.x ...

In the bios, you will have to option to set a passwd for restricting access to the bios, and also to the computer itself. This will ask for a password before the boot process even takes place, and will not allow anyone to get to any part of the computer without this password. That's how my bios is anyway.

A lot of older BIOSes don't support a password to prevent computer access. Don't forget you are possibly dealing with a night cleaner. Putting up any type of 3rd party utility as protection should be enough. A friend recommended this utility but I have never tried it. You also might try to find some software with keylogging or other spy software to see what or where the person is going or doing. A quick search on download.com might come up with something.
