Password Protecting a Printer on a LAN

my printer is connected to my computer and the other guys on the lan go through the router, through my computer to print documents. I realize i can always not share the printer but i want a few people to be able to use it. Is there any kind of security that i can setup. Thanks for your help

This link tells all. The one thing they do not explicitly state is that simple file sharing needs to be disabled.
