With password protected sharing on in windows 10, what password is needed to be able to access shared files? It asks for a username and password and I am not sure what it would be.

I know I can turn password protected sharing off but would like to know what kind of password is required.
 
Assuming the computer that has the shared files on just has one user, it's that user's details that are needed.

There are other ways to do it, but that's the simplest.
