Password Protect of a CD

I want to keep my private and valuable file in a CD and I want to protect the Cd with a PW so that no one can open this.
 
you don't wan't to "password protect" it, you want to encrypt it. I can bypass/brute force passwords easily. I cannot defeat encryption nearly as easily.

Make sure you also have the key to decrypt in a safe (not that same as the cd) place, or else you will lose that data.
