Password programs

Anyone know of a program to store passwords that will work on one of those keychain drives? I have a 256mb thumbdrive and am looking for something to keep track of all my passwords (the thumbdrive is password protected in case it's lost).

I could just do an excel spreadsheet, but I'm looking for something a little easier. If there's a thumbdrive or jumpdrive that already comes preloaded with something like this I'd be open to buying a new one. 1gb models are pretty cheap now and I've been thinking of upgrading anyway. Thanks!

There is a freeware program called Keepass you can try:

KeePass

Its free and works well. You don't actually need to install the program on any system. Just keep the binary executable on the thumbdrive and run that when needed. The complete feature list is at:
