Password Problems with Everything after Reboot

I really hope someone may have encountered this issue. Heres the deal....everytime I reboot I have to re-enter passwords for all my applications. For example when MSN messenger and Google Talk load I have to re-enter my passwords in them and they do not load automatically anymore. I have them set to remember my login and password after every reboot and the problem still persists. I also have to re-enter my passwords for all my email accounts in Outlook 2003 when sending and receiving email after every boot.... What could be causing this. This just started recently.
