Is there a way to "Password" a folder in WinXP?
(no, I don't want to creat guest acct, or separate acct)

Or is there any software able to just LOCKED one folder?

Make sure you don't give anyone your account password and lock/log off your computer. Remove all permissions for the other accounts, and you should be set. Except for that pesky administrator... :evil:
