I try to networking with file & printer sharing 2 between win 98 and 2000, and I did not set the password on the 2000 but when the 98 try to access the 2000 it ask me for the password? (the simple" enter" key like when boot up wouldn't do it). So what is the deal guys?
 
The easiest way to do what you say is to create a user on both machines with identical user names and passwords (password can be blank but it's a security hole...) since 2k won't let anyone in unless they have an account on that machine.
