Passive video card to output to plasma

My friend is building an HTPC and needs a passively cooled video card. It will have to be passive STOCK, as the Zalman will not fit with the heatsink that's on the southbridge (see Insane3d's NF7-S mod). He says he'll play games occasionally on it, but mostly it will have tivo like duties. I understand that the Radeon cards are the best for outputting to plasma via DVI as they're the most configurable. Any suggestions?

Passive Radeon 9600, non-pro. Newegg has them.

If one would fit, a Sapphire 9600XT Ultimate might work. Zalman-based, but smaller overall size.
