2500+ locked
NF7-S v2
2x512MB Buffalo tech PC3200(ch-5)

Settings:
Multiplier 11x (locked)
vCore 1.85
FSB 218mhz
vDimm 2.9
Timings 2-3-2-11

WinXP

Passes ~12hrs of Memtest at these settings
Passes ~12hrs low ram usage Prime95 test
Fails blended Prime95 test in less than 1 min

I don't know what the ram maxes out at but I do know my CPU will do 11x224 stable @ 1.9, tested that using BH-5.

Any ideas?

1. loosen timings
or
2. drop your FSB

it's obvious without that 0.05 voltage bump, your cpu can't handle that FSB. So make a choice.

i wouldn't push the cpu voltage too much

it might be your chipset holding you back
those northbridges get hot these days

I know its not the chipset or the cpu as I had BH-5 in this same rig about 2 months ago running 225mhz 2-2-2-11, 11x225 stable @ 1.9v. Anyway I up'd the vcore to 1.9 and lowered the timings to 2.5-3-3-8. Still no go, I think the problem is that I'm hitting the Voltage limiter that is built into the CH-5 chips. To overcome that I'd have to vmod my board and I just don't feel like doing that right now. I just thought it was weird that it passes memtest but not Prime.

i found that my bh-5 chips did the same at 2-2-2-6 as 2-2-2-11
i bought some ch-6 chips i believe and the module was bad and DOA
could just be you got a bad memory module for overclocking
luck of the drawl maybe
