As far as I know, only transcenders, certain books, experince and/or a legitimate course provided by a licensed Microsoft Education Center are 'proper' ways to study for the tests. Any other methods are considered or should be consider cheating.
Thats atleast what I've been told.. (I would also agree with that).
I just passed 217, 219, and 221 in the last week. wewt!
BTW, I am taking a course and using transenders and reading the very large Microsoft Windows 2000 Resource Kit books.
Edit: I also got a score on my 221 today...
