Very impressive; However, you really need to have experience in IT or those certifications are almost worthless. I'm not doubting your knowledge at all, it's pretty obvious you know your stuff; you just need some job experience to back those certs up with. All those paper MCSEs out there have made job experience much more important than in the past.
BestBuy, CompUSA, Staples, etc won't hire you to repair computers unless you're at least 18. Finding a job in IT isn't easy at all, especially at your age. I'd recommend trying to find an internship; even if it's an unpaid internship, because the experience will be extremely valuable. Mom and Pop computer shops are a dying breed.
I'm 16 and was extremely lucky. My cousin works at a computer training company and he got me an unpaid internship. I knew from the first day I interned there that they were going to hire me. On my third day of work I was hired for $9 an hour, and the benefits are great. I've been learning a great deal about networking that you can't really learn at home unless for some reason you have loads of computers all networked. I'll also be able to take any course the company offers free of charge, which is amazing, since some of them cost $1500+. I also believe the company will pay for me to take certification tests, since they're a Prometric/Slyvan testing center.
Good luck! You have a bright future ahead, in my opinion.
