That sounds like my box, except I have a 750 duron(I could upgrade to 1 ghz easily though).
I have one of the them ulgy Andra barebones from overstock, 256 PC133 from critical, 30 gig WD, and a voodoo3 2000. Some CNet Nic from outpost. Cost me less then $300.
