Partitions automatically deleted.Please help!

Hi Guys,

I have 1TB Western Digital hard drive with 4 partitions(D,E,F,G) .I'm using a SSD for C drive.Yesterday when i turned on my computer there was only one partition(D Drive) .The other drives(E,F,G) disappeared.In disk Management,the remaining partitions were being displayed as a single Extended partition with Free space.Had no idea what happened.

Then I used Active Partition recovery to recover files.It says the MBR is damaged.Please help me how to restore the partitions and give me some suggestions to avoid these kind of problems in future.
 
You can try some good data recovery software like magic partion etc..to see waht it happen.If it does not work please consult it to some technician.
