Partition suggestions on a gaming rig?

I'm finishing up a new gaming rig, still waiting for the mainboard, but in the mean time, my question is regarding partition options and what would yield the best results for a gaming rig.

I know NTFS is more secure than FAT32, but I've heard that FAT32 can have faster access times. I've also hard that when you partition it, the smaller block size you use to partition the drive the more efficiently it uses the space...

I'm using a 250GB SATA harddrive, so maybe this isn't going ot matter anyways, and I plan on using WindowsXP.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

After trying dozens of partitioning setups through the years my final conclusion is... don't bother. I never noticed much of a speed difference and it can be a little trouble. Just spend 40 bucks and get a nice 80 gig to put the OS on. If your really concerned about hd speed then get a raptor. I actually noticed the speed difference there.
