Hi there. I have a p3 500mhz running windows 98se. I know I need a new computer, but not quite yet. It has a 20 gig hard drive, split into c and d drives. The d drive is Drive Image SE, which came installed with the computer. I have never used it, and the c portition of the hard drive is 75% full.
I want to get rid of the partition, and free up 5 gig of space that might tide me over untill I get a new computer soon. I tried the uninstall in the start menu, but it does not remove the partition. I have norton system works, and tried a clean sweep, but it says the program is locked.
Any ideas? Would freeing up the d partition and the added 5 gigs help my system run smoother and faster, or should I just give up? Thanks.
