partition messed up

So I got to boot my computer this morning to find that somehow my main partition is messed up. The other one on the drive is fine, and there weren't any physical errors. I think the MBR may be corrupt.

This was a ~40gb or so NTFS partition, now it shows up as a 10mb (!) FAT12 partition.

any idea how I can fix this?

first of all, you gave no info on other drives/partitions, and your screenshot means nothing - you need to post one of disk manager drive volume situations

if you have or had an external hdd, that would do it - anything usb/hdd

drivevolumes kicked down to fat12 can be tricky to recover - do you need data?
