Partition Magic / partitioner software question

Can I combine a partition on one drive with a partition on a second drive? (The partition on the second drive is the entire drive)

No, that would be RAID 0.

Yes but I highly discourage it. You can use NT's built in software RAID, but you'd have to delete the partitions and recreate them and you can't make the system partition one of them.
