Partition after xp install?

Can I partition my hard drive after I installed XP and it's already one big partition?

Yes... but you'll have to use partition magic software

You should backup any irreplaceable data that you may have on the hard drive first.

There is a free utility that I have heard about only (I have not used it myself).

You may want to have a look at it in case you do not have Partition Magic.

Also, and I think the instructions for Partition Magic (and maybe ranish) tell you to do so, but make sure you defrag before you use repartitioning tools.
