The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. Reporting back, after RMA'ing the CPU and getting a new one, everything is working without a single hickup - I'd like to thank you all sincerely for the help that you've provided. It seems as though ASUS software tools cause problems as well as far BSOD, but after removing them, I've had nothing to complain about - feels great to finally get things working!
