Parser error Masterpage.master does not exist

I'm having issues with running a ASP.NET website on Windows Server 2008. A normal ASP.NET website works fine, but if I use a Masterpage. I get this error.

Parser Error

The file Masterpage.master does not exist.

It does exist!

What can I do? I'm confused and irritated 🙁
