What's the deal with locking

parody 1

but not

parody 2
and parody 3?

The 2nd two parodies were created between the time I saw the first one and the time I got around to refreshing OT on my screen. I was occupied in between with stuff for work.

They look pretty locked to me. Give the mods a minute to respond, those last 2 threads were up for a whole half hour before being snuffed out.
