I don't really see how saying "100% Parmesan" is deceptive. Parmesan is commonly mixed with other cheeses, like Parmesan and Romano cheese is often mixed. Saying 100% Parmesan is how you know you're buying just Parmesan and not a mix.

We have some DiGiornio grated and shaved Parmesan we use a lot of the time that lists powdered cellulose to prevent clumping as an ingredient.

We keep a bit of the Locatelli around too and grate it when needed for anything special really. A decent sized small chunk can last quite awhile.

OMG, wait until they find out what's blue in blue cheese. "What?! They said it was 100% blue cheese. Now you're telling me there's mold in it?!"

Government, wouldn't know cheese from shoe-leather.

Yet a lot of you want Government to tell you what is cheese.

Here's a baby bottle for you... suck it. Suck it. Suck it!

I'm not really sure what the point was even posting that.

You obviously didn't read any of the posts regarding cellulose to begin with and just went off the deep end.

The point of the post is that there is a lot of wood pulpe, and variation in the cheeses you choose.

Government, even though they portend to protect you from eating cheese with wood pulpe in it, even though they tax and spend you into owing $60,000 in debt,

they have no idea what is in cheese.

They are absolutely useless.

Your continual posting of delusional nonsense is absolutely useless, bigot.

Apparently I fucked your mother, and was too bigot.

You should have just reported the post instead of retaliating the way you did the last 2 replies - while insults are allowed in P&N, you're getting a bit carried away - your last two posts have nothing to do with this topic other than extending a conflict between you and another poster. -Admin DrPizza
