Nope, then it becomes a felony and you will be mandated to tell your employers that you're a convicted felon.

dont pay it. if the city decides to clean up all the old tickets you will get mail asking you to pay it.

Handicap spots are $200 fines in MN, they may be different somewhere else but I think thats general price. He wasnt in a fire zone or expired meter because they are only $15. Maybe parked in a no parking zone?

nothing related to cars, i'll tell you that much. if you get a moving violation, it will remain on your record for the full 7 years or however long it is. BTW, i got a speeding ticket when i was 17 and at 23, i have had the "good driver" discount from my insurance for a while now.

a parking ticket is NOTHING. it doesn't go on any records. your insurance doesn't care. the DMV doesn't care as long as you pay it. the city won't throw it out no matter what. nobody cares except for your wallet. so just pay it and don't worry about it. now if you don't pay it, that's when things get more interesting. your next one might result in the "boot," and you may have trouble registering your car.
