I just paid $42 for the right to park in front of my apartment with my rear tire partially in the red zone.

And if it wasn't for all the idiots double parking in front of available spaces, I wouldn't have had to park that close to the red. But sheesh. Not even my whole rear tire in the red. Sigh..
