huh. this reminds me that I have a speeding ticket that I need to pay real soon. i better get on that one..
 
I didn't know handicapped people got free parking in front of meters... that doesn't really make sense. Anyway, you're not handicapped. Pay your fine.
 
You earned that ticket moron. It's people like you that make this world a piece of sh!t. You realize that I consider what you tried to do theft. THEFT MY DAMNED COSTS! I HATE YOU. And everyone here does to. now you know why.

very true.

I have a parking permit myself and plates.

I have mild cerbal palsy, severe arthritis and in bad weather it makes it hard to walk around. I do not use the parking spot very much. maybe 3-6 times a year.

but it would piss me off seeing a fat person useing it.
