had a parking spot in the morning and took a friend to work. got back home, no place to park except 2hr spots, and i had class

oh wells. time to pay up to the philadelphia parking authority. $26 - not to shabby, but certainly not fun.

Clearly your friend's fault. Make him/her pay it.
