Parking garage humor

I was hanging around while I was at work last night, 'patrolling' in my DPS car, and I was driving through a parking garage that's closest to the university president's office. There was one space in the garage that was very close to the street and on the first level - so I'm assuming it's the president's parking spot (it's the only reserved spot in the whole structure besides handicapped).

Guess what it said:

"Space reserved for permit G1337."

I kid you not. The U of M president must be teh pwner hax0r. 🙂

if it's like here...none. HAHAHAHA.

sorry, I'm sure you're a good enough guy, but the DPS guys here are a$$hats.

bah. leave the guy alone. i thought it was mildly entertaining to read.

just curious but what kinda car does s/he drive? 😛

As a student employee - not too much. Eventually (when I get sworn in) I'll be able to write parking tickets but for right now, the main things I do are escorts, jump starts, and vehicle unlocks.

U of M actually does have a fully functional, 24-hour police department. The officers drive squad cars (Ford Crown Vic Police Interceptors with lights, sirens, etc.) and they carry weapons. We even have two K-9 units. As a student, I drive a 2002 Ford Taurus with neat looking DPS graphics. It's a great job - I love working out of a police department and listening to the calls come in on the police radio).

Plus, people are really nice to me on the road when I'm in the DPS car. 🙂
