whats the gearbox like in this, it says it has paddle shifters with a full auto mode, does it operate like a traditional Auto transmission with a torque convernter, or does it have an electronically controlled clutch like a manual transmission?

I could be wrong, but I think the maserati paddle shifting deal is a sequential manual, not a driver controlled auto.
