Paris or Venetian in Las Vegas?

I've stayed at the Venetian before, and it's beautiful. Is Paris nice? I'd like to try their buffet.

Fiance and I are planning a trip this month... neither of us have been to Vegas for 6+ months.

One (1) Saturday night only.

Venetian - $179/night

Paris - $129/night

Paris is a fairly nice hotel, not as big as the Venetian since its an all suite hotel but I guess that's why its $50 more.

Both are really nice hotels and both centrally located on the Strip.. I would stay at Paris. It's cheaper than the Venetian and you haven't stayed at Paris yet. Also, the Bellagio fountains are right outside of Paris.

That's a good point, plus I could use the money saved on the Paris buffet. 🙂

They are both nice.. .can't lose with either... so go with the cheaper one since you want to have as much money to gamble as possible! 😉

go for treasure island! my gf just came back from vegas this past weekend and i saw some pics of her room. wow, pretty nice. she says it's almost as nice as venetian and for only 89 bucks.

Wow, really?? I didn't even consider Treasure Island, and have never been there before myself. Did she stay in a suite?

Announcer? :Q Is it worth it if you don't like seafood? (fiance doesn't like crab, lobster, fish, but is okay with shrimp)

no, it was a room, but a really nice one. and another thing. i've said this many times before but go to the bellagio buffet. go during lunch and stay over for dinner. you save like 10-15 bucks. you just gotta linger around and much on lunch items before dinner is set out so don't eat too much.

should give Paris a shot if you never stay there before (and plus you tried Venetian already)

also, seafood buffet often charges a large premium over non-seafood buffets. so anyone of you don't eat seafood should just have dinner at Monte Carlo or Aladdin.

personally, $159 for Bellagio is a steal. 🙂

Paris buffet is awesome. Make sure to get there before 5 or something so you pay lunch rates for dinner. I forgot what the cutoff is.

NO... fcuking TI is crap! (The wet and oodly kind)

I think go for the cheapest one as long as it's on the strip between treasure island and excalibur.
You aren't going to be in your room all that much anyways.

Actually the Aladins is much nicer than Rio's - the Aladins quality is much better and it has about 80% of Rio's selection.

Bellagio buffet is the best tasting

Mandalay Bay's is very good too.

You may want to look at the Monte Carlo - it's less than $99 a night and very nice quality & location

Don't forget, Las Vegas is finally on the map now along with Ogdenville, North Haverbrook, and Brockway. http://www.lvmonorail.com/
LOL
Mono =means one and Rail means rail

No contest The Venetian is the way to go. Huge room, sunken living room, 2 tv's, a pay mini-bar, a sofa that converts to a sofa bed.
