It's not right, I am a celebrity! I am famous. I should not be in jail!

A judge has ordered Paris Hilton returned to jail to serve out her 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.

She was taken from court screaming.

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

My heart's breaking for her.:brokenheart:😛

That's how much of a deluded person she is. She thinks if she crys out loud enough and pouts loud enough everything will go her way. Nope, it just don't work that way when you break the law. She could have killed someone and then what?

I do kinda feel for her. she should not have been in jail for what she did. but once sentanced use the courts and not a end run around them.

sounds like something is reallly wrong with her. sounds like she really needs a doctor.

I don't see anything about her serving the full 45 day sentence and the judge revoking the good behavior time that most prisoners get.

cnn front page has it. DMZ.com has it.

flip on CNN or foxnews top story on both of them

I'm glad she got thrown back in the slammer. Actually, this will be the best thing to happen to her. Maybe she will get a little perspective on life and stop being such a whiny, whoring, attention-grabbing rich monkey who cannot take care of her own affairs. She needs to be brought down to earth and understand she is not above the law nor anyone else because of her celebrity and money. If she learns to grow up, she'll have a higher quality life anyway.

I must say I'm confused why its 45 days now and not the halved sentence. Its not like she broke out on her own...

I agree.

i see no reason to up her sentance. actually i don't see where she deserved a 45 day sentance to begine with. you usually do not get a 45 day sentance for driving on a suspended. you just get the lenght of the suspension longer.

but having the sheriff do a run around the judge is BS.

Maybe the judge feels that she (or her lawyer) manipulated the sherif's office into letting her do house arrest...

I'm curious to see if she can get out early

Her sentence wasn?t supposed to be cut in half for just going to jail. It?s for ?good behavior? acting like a spoiled brat and crying 24 hours a day and refusing to eat isn?t good behavior.

I got 'driving on a suspended license' once...posted $100 bail, and a friend came and picked me up. In fact the cop took me to the ATM to get the $100. 😀 Plead no contest, paid a fine, and that was over.
