Maybe this will be a nice dose of reality and straighten her out as a person.

I hope she dies.

dude, that wasnt called for.

Yeah, that was mean. Although it would be nice and enjoyable to watch.

Hey, maybe she'll learn to look different while in jail. In every picture I've seen of her, she has that same horrible smirk. Someone needs to smack that crap off her face.

Wait, her lawyer is going to appeal and I am gonna bet you the sentence is going to be reduced to either some crappy fine or house arrest or something.

No way she is going to jail for 45 days (even though she deserves far more).

She doesn't deserve it. Too beautiful and rich.

She's not attractive and didn't earn any of that money. She deserves it because she broke the laws which warrant that sentence and didn't take anything seriously.

you'd think she'd be a lot more careful about things while on probation.

...is jail worse for someone who's famous than the average Joe?

Martha survived just fine.

Somebody is a little bitter.

Pretty sure he's being sarcastic.

It would be more interesting to see her in maximum security prison for 20 days than 45 days at where ever she's going which is probably better than where I live. 😀

It's too bad there isn't something her mom can be charged with.
Now it's obvious why she is the way she is.
Spoiled brat, FTL.

I wonder if she's stupid enough to be a snooty bitch to the other inmates. It'd be funny to see her come out with some bruises/cuts on her face.

You make it sound like she will be treated like a normal inmate.

I'll be really surprised if she actually serves one hour of this sentence btw.

How do you think she'll get out of it?

I have no idea. I don't follow the celebrity stories or anything but I assume there has been no attempt to appeal, no attempt to bribe, and no attempt to assist the authorities in determining how and where her time will be spent. Money = power and I'm sure if her family does not want her in jail she will not be in jail.

To put it another way, I'll believe it when I read about it on ATOT. 😛

Her family has already exerted all of their influence and used their money as effectively as possible. She's going to jail because she's a moron. None of the facts of the case are in dispute. There was no malfeasance on the part of the police, prosecution, or judge. Money and power don't mean squat after you've been handed a sentence like this. There is no way an appeals court would overturn this conviction or the sentence. Everything was done by the book.

Aww man...now she's going to be surrounded by low lifes, lesbian sex, drugs....

Wait, I guess things aren't going to change much for her.

Like I said, I'll believe it when I see it. I'll also believe she is in with the general jail population (crack heads, prostitutes, etc.) and not in some luxury suite type jail when I see it as well.
