Im far more upset and shocked by the fact that she is allowed to operate such an amzingly lovely vehicle... and she probably has no appreciation for it...
That was my first thought. WTF!

I am now taking bets that she gets off the DUI charge. "Celebrities" never do time.

WTF is wrong with all of you guys :| Why do you people care more about this crap then our soldiers in Iraq. WTF :|

I do agree with you! Who gives a shat about Paris Hilton but trying to make the nonpatriotic majority of this BBS to back the soldiers in Iraq is futile.

Why do people get so much pleasure when people in the news get in trouble or have bad things happen to them?

People enjoy it when others, who they see as immoral / spoiled / etc. get what they feel is their 'comeuppance'.

she would last half a second behind the slammer. ......

Yeah, she's so skinny she could slip between the bars and begone in half a second. 😉

I'll never feel sorry for any filthy rich celeb who gets a DUI because I would be chauffer driven if I had her kind of dough. 😛

I say connect the dots and send her to Iraq 😉

I really like how "she" has deleted a video on YouTube that earned 200+ negative comments

too bad she wont lose her license and never pay a fine

She will lose her license, it's mandatory and completely separate from the judicial aspect of the case. She'll be without for 30 days and then provisional for a few months after that on a first offense. It also becomes "no tolerance" once she gets it back, meaning any trace of alcohol in her system while driving is good for a second DUI.

California's stance on DUI's is pretty good.

Paris blew a .008 which also happens to be her SAT score.

Of course Paris became famous for blowing something far different than a .008.

I understand that her "community service" will be to destroy every copy of her new CD.
