If it's a serious relationship she needs to be mindful and concious about doing things that reassure you, and you need to have faith and trust in her. Not going to work without those.
 
I have understood the feelings of extreme jealousy/paranoia. I'm trying to realize that there is nothing that you can do about it. Just love the hell out of your girl, treat her right, and enjoy her while you have her.
 
A few questions:

Do you need to know where she is at all times?

Does she have to "check in"?

Do you feel anxious when she's out with friends?
