paranoid enough to switch to iphone?

people around me have had tile trackers placed on their car. they got notifications from apple that someone may be tracking them. Should I switch to apple to avoid this possible issue or can i do this with a galaxy s22 or what ever.
I guess i should get some kinda signal jammer since what if they are using a different brand then apple gps tracking device

Two part.. what is the best bang for buck phone/camera (only care about photos and larger sized screen) considering iphone promax 512gb for around 850$ but i dont know if this is a good deal as i have only been shopping a few days.

Iphone will notify you when the Apple tracker is following you (or so it thinks) don't think anyone else does this. Unless someone else knows
