parallel port ethernet adaptor?

where would i find one of these things? i just got a new (to me) 486 laptop that doesn't have a pccard slot.

I have never seen one, but if they make it it will cost too much. Get a "newer" old laptop.

Hey genius, this guy's in Afghanistan, it's probably a bit hard (and quite expensive) to get an eBay seller in the UK to ship you a little ethernet adapter.

Further more, sorry I don't look into the location of the person asking the question. I guess it is my fault for being rude, and answering his question. Since he didnt say "i am in afghanastan and can't use ebay" I guess it is my fault.
