I think you would find it easier to move the Palestinians to Paraguay. With all the support that seems out there for it we'd see offers for them to resettle. When it comes down to it though no one wants them, in fact pointedly so. As you'll note the other nations are far more concerned about Iran than Israel, and really don't care any more about the Palestinians than the Israeli's do. At some level I'm sympathetic with the people, but no one wants the leadership which would come with them.

Still as Haybususa rider flips and flops trying to support his stinking thinking, its still a matter of the truth or a lie.
Me you or the lamp post may maintain that 2+2=4, but if Israel maintains the answer is actually three, why should I feel compelled to import into my country all those who also think the actual correct answer is four? But that is what the Hayabusa Rider logic boils down to.
Meanwhile we have the other Israeli problem, even if the surrounding Arab States do not have a track record of Palestinian support, the State of Israel is even a more hated foreign element in the Arab world, and Israeli military hegemony, translation might equal right, is the only thing that keeps Israeli viable.
To pretend that Israeli military hegemony will last forever is to deny reality, and the only long term chance Israel has is to prove that Israel can be a positive addition to the mid-east. As for the Arab countries, they would be thrilled to see a Palestinian State, as long as the responsibility of assimilating Palestinians does not fall on Arab States.
Other than that, Arab States have many reasons to detest Israel and few reasons to detest or fear Palestinians.
Meaning Israel has a lot of catch up football to play, at the same time Israel refuses to smell the coffee.
