Papst 3412L?

I have procured a mysterious Papst fan from work. If it didn't have those five letters P A P S T on the front I wouldn't bother, but I'm curious. All of the stuff I can find on this fan is in German.

Details/Questions:

Papst TYP 3412 L
12V
1.3W
two bare wires
looks like it is 80mm, might be 83mm

1) How quiet is this? worth trading for the Panaflo L1A I'm currently using?
2) How much air does it move? If it moves more than the L1A and isn't much louder, I will put it over the Alpha PAL heatsink to decrease temps some (assuming it is 80mm and not 83mm).

One more important Q: will this fan blow the mobo header on a Soyo Dragon+? 🙂

You sure its 3412 L ?

The only Papst fans that are 3412 XX are 92x92x25.

Its an old model, not on the Papst website, got replaced by the N series.

I post here once and a while now, used to be on here alot. My fan page was mainly built to help the peps on this forum, but seems to have spread everywhere 🙂

BTW i got two huge updates, should increase the fan database to over 1000+ fans. (double what it is now around 500) and some other fixes, features users have recommended.
