Personally, I enjoy listening to Fear Factory (atleast, when they were together) more.

They're back together again, just minus the tubby bitch Dino. They just put out a new album back in April called Archetype. It's a brutal album. 😀

Hmm ... I used to really like their stuff. Power Metal, Cowboys From Hell, and Vulgar are quite good.
Far beyond Driven was pretty good, though this is when they started going downhill (IMO)
Projects in the Jungle and I am the Night are ... ehh OK ... (if you like the 80s metal hair band type of sound ... then you will think they are awesome)
I really disliked the southern trendkill ... I haven't listened to anything newwer than it.

EDIT: I don't own their first Album, Metal Magic, but I have heard it before, it's very glammy .. similar to Projects in the Jungle.

pantera was good, till an album called the great southern trendkill.
Man, that's exactly what that was.
It's not that bad. Look at STP and RHCP; both bands had a horrible album and totally rebounded.

Well, i'm not a big stp fan, and one hot minute had its moments... but i catch your drift. that's a good point 🙂

I've only listened to some of Southern Trendkill, but I'll have to listen to more to see if it's really as bad as everyone says.

Man, when "I'm Broken" starts up on "101 Proof," it's hard to believe they could ever sound glammy at all. I certainly wouldn't tell them that to their faces. They'd most likely suck my soul out and use it as a hammock.
