Pandora Streaming Issues

I have a droid 2 global on Verizon. For the past several weeks when using Pandora it constantly stops playing and times out very frequently. This never used to happen in my location. I am in the Hartford, CT market. Has anyone else has this problem and what could I do to figure out if it is my Pandora app or my phone coverage. The website loading has gotten worse as well which is really the only other internet use I have with my phone.

the last update made this happen for me too. it also brought ads after every 5 or 6 songs. hate it.

Ya the ads are alot more common now for me too. So there shouldnt be an issue with the sirusxm app then and that shouldnt be affecting my internet speed then?

i have the paid version, and the only hassle that bugs me is that when driving it will randomly stop playing a song and pick up another one immediately. i sometimes think that perhaps ive lost connection in an area, as it never seems to do it on wifi, but only n 3g....but if it can immediately pick up another song, why the holy hell cant it buffer what was playing and then pick THAT back up?

I had the same problem. Downloaded "headset blocker" (free) from the market and I have never had that issue again. It has something to do with Pandora being confused about having headphone controls. Poor programming. Trust me it has nothing to do with connection.

Does it matter if i use the headphone jack or bluetooth connection to connect it to my car or bluetooth headphones with that app?

Pandora on droid has been pissing me off since the last update. Switched to Slacker until they get it fixed.
