Click the infected country first, then you can infect airport, spread the disease, infect water.

takes a while. I'm able to easily wipe out every country but one. I find that the fucker can't spread into west Europe...unless it starts there. keep visibility and lethality low, slowly raise infectivity.

anyone able to get into western europe without having it start there?

Click the infected country first, then you can infect airport, spread the disease, infect water.

i make ti waterborne very late. I notice that as soon as I make it airborne or waterborne, borders close real quick. that's one hell of a way to scare the piss out of people: Oh Noes1 Teh Cholera!!!!!
I find that leathality can take out people quick, just can't get it into one final country before they close.

Screw you Western Europe and your ZERO AIRPORTS!! :|

It can cross borders w/o airports, but it's more rare. You're right - cut visibility and lethality, then hammer infectivity. It took me a few times (damn West Europe!), but eventually I made it.

You can remove symptoms too. Max out transmission and get rid of very noticeable symptoms like coughing and sneezing. Wait until every single region has some infected people then crank it up.
