no clue. it's a language thing, they called it a duck sauce without realising what the implication is in English. It's not called Duck Sauce in Chinese

pei wei is PF Chang's sister company. Kind of like a fazoli's (but nicer - real plates, silverware, etc.), you stand in line, order at the counter, get a number and put it on your table.

They have a lot of PF Chang's items, but not all. You pick your dish, then pick your meat. They also have some beer and wine. I love the place for quick chinese food.
