Well, I was actually just doing a google search for that model receiver so I could read some reviews or something (because I am in the market for an inexpensive 5.1 receiver). There was only like 5 or 6 matches, and I saw the rebate was one of them.. looked at it, got excited, realized its past march 31st, wept.. 🙁

Anyone find any reviews on this model? I need to replace an old Sony and don't want to spend a fortune. This might just work.

Looks nice. I would probably buy it if it supported Pro Logic II, but it doesn't look like it does.

Possibly. Panasonic and Technics have the same parent company, Matsushita.
