Not too many professional reviews of this camera - it's so new - but a there's a lot of buzz about the "tizzy". Panasonic's somewhat noisy sensors have made me wary of the brand, but otherwise fine IQ and 10x zoom with image stabilization in a compact camera under $300 is pretty amazing. People who have them seem to love them.
I've read from some sources that the Labor Warranty is only 90 days. I don't know for sure.
