yes it is... and the coupon is b&m i belive, the coupon appears on back of ad, in fine printing stating"$50 off your promotional product order of $250 or more!" expires 3/30/02
 
Be warned, read the reviews on this camera... a good 2 mp camera will take better pics then this cam. Plus, this takes those stupid, expensive, more difficult to find smart cards.
