FWIW, I picked up a Pioneer VSX-D711 5.1 DD receiver at Costco for $180 AR (the rebate can be done online, you don't need to send in any paperwork) a couple of weeks ago. If the rebate's NLA the receiver is still only $200. 100W x 5 with component and S-Video switching, and it has 4 digital inputs. Probably a much better receiver for $30/$50 more.
