Does anyone have this TV? Any reviews? Any comments/feedback on the deal would be appreciated. I am thinking of jumping on this deal but really do need some help in making a decision.

Sams Club has the S14 (seems to be the same as the S1) for $1279

The G10 is the better performer from Panasonic, and Amazon has it for $1,511 shipped, and you'll likely save $100 in sales tax.

Yep. If you are looking at Panasonic plasmas, definitely check out the G10.

So even with the deal... its not worth it. Is that pretty much the forum consensus ?

BTW... appreciate the feedback thus far.

I've been doing lots of research the last two days on the Panasonic plasma line. The G10 is the way to go if you are going to spend around $1500. Panasonic actually has a rebate out right now which expires on 5/2. For the G series you get up to $200 off, but the catch is it isn't off the TV just any service related to the TV and it all has to be on the same invoice. So if you found a good price for the TV but shipping was $170 you could submit the rebate form for the shipping costs.

More info on the deal here

Hope no one minds me linking to avs, but good info there too.
