I could not find reviews for this particular model (CT-27SL13), but other Panasonic Tau 27'' models are rated pretty high. This looks like a great price considering free delivery and $50 GC. These are $400 at Sears and CC + delivery.

SL13=SC13= basically SX13. You can check out the TV at walmart if you want to

By the by, promotional certificate does not equal gift card. It could be a coupon. Just ask staples on that, them dirty rats.

According to the Amazon listing, this tv is silver... I don't think I've seen any Tau's in silver. Most are like a dark charcoal color.

That's panasonic's new thing. Everyone wants silver tv cause they look like wegas. All the other companies made their flats silver. Panasonic went a step further. All their flats are silver, AND their nonflats too. They're tryign to make their nonflats look like flats now.

I wished I seem this one, I would of gotten the 24" instead, but end up buying the ct-27sl33 instead. I have a direct company discount with panasonic, and the Price offered from Amazon is cheaper. This price listed at the panasonic site is $300 for ct-27sl13 and $322 for the ct-27sl33. Of course that doesnt include shipping and tax!!!

Oh nah... hehehe I didn't even think about that. I actually placed two separate orders since they were going to two different locations. Phew =D. The Toshiba set I missed out on was VERY well reviewed... can't say the same for these... but oh well, fantastic price regardless.

EDIT: Hmmm, it states limit one offer per house hold. Should I be worried that I placed the order using the same email address and credit card? Same billing address, but different shipping addresses.

I wonder what the difference between 27SL33 and 27SL13 is. I could not find any information on SL33 anywhere, so I would be a little hesitant to get one. A bunch of places sell SL13 but none have SL33. Maybe it is just new. I think the only difference between them could be SL33 having PIP.

no idea but figured the 33 was better because the higher model number and it has a higher MSRP

I just ordered the SL33, here's why....

Old Model Number: ----> New Model Number:

CT-27SX12 --------> CT-27SL13
CT-27SX32 --------> CT-27SL33

If this really is the current model replacing the SX32, then this is a killer deal. I was willing to take my chances because this is a replacement for a plain old Magnavox TV that just went bad. Either way, it has to be a better TV than the old one. And to think, I was waiting for my local Walmart to get the SL13 in stock for ~360. Thanks for the hot deal!
